摘要
工期是公路建设项目中非常关键的因素,而工期风险是导致项目失败或超支的主要原因.为降低公路工程项目的工期风险,基于灰色关联分析方法,对广西壮族自治区某省级公路建设项目的工期风险进行评估分析,具体步骤包括:确定公路建设项目的关键工期节点,收集相关数据,建立风险评估指标体系,进行数据预处理,计算灰色关联度和结果分析.旨在有效地评估公路工程项目的工期风险,为工期管理和决策提供参考.
Abstract
Schedule is a critical factor in highway construction projects,and schedule risk is a primary cause of project failure or cost overruns.To mitigate schedule risks in highway construction projects,this study employs the grey relational analysis method to evaluate schedule risks in a provincial highway project in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.The assessment process includes identifying key schedule milestones,collecting relevant data,establishing a risk evaluation index system,preprocessing the data,calculating grey relational degrees,and analyzing the results.The goal is to effectively evaluate schedule risks in highway projects and provide valuable references for schedule management and decision-making.
