数字孪生在服役桥梁全生命周期的应用前景

通过追溯从"孪生体"技术思维到数字孪生的进化演变,阐述数字孪生技术的由来和发展历程,并对国内外部分研究机构对数字孪生的定义和应用现状进行了总结.针对近年来数字孪生在制造、空天、医疗等行业显现出的技术优越性和当前在桥梁结构应用较少的现状,提出桥梁数字孪生的概念.对构建桥梁数字孪生的可行性和所必需的三要素:桥梁实体设计数字信息、服役期内响应数字信息以及支持孪生体与实体之间数字信息交互的纽带进行了探讨.并描述这一新兴技术在服役桥梁全生命周期中的应用前景.
The origins and development of digital twin technology are described by tracing the evolution of"twinning"technology through to digital twin technology.The definition and application status of digital twin technology are summarized by some research institutions at home and abroad.Given the technological advantages of Digital Twin technology in industries such as manufacturing,aerospace,and healthcare,and the relatively limited application in bridge structures,the concept of Bridge Digital Twin(BDT)was proposed.The study explores the feasibility of constructing BDT,focusing on three necessary elements:the digital information of the bridge body design,the response of the digital information during the service period and the link supporting the digital information interaction between the twin body and the body.The paper further describes the application prospects of this emerging technology in the full lifecycle of service bridges.
