光伏组件力学测试及一体化支架模态分析

一体化光伏支架是一种新型光伏支架形式.一体化光伏支架有限元建模需要对光伏组件这种复合材料的材料性能进行测试,测试结果显示光伏组件整体弹性模量为11 GPa,等效密度为1 638 kg/m3,泊松比为0.2.通过一体化光伏支架模态分析,光伏支架竖向弯曲刚度较弱,主要以构件的弯曲变形为主,一阶竖向弯曲模态频率为4.98 Hz.
The integrated photovoltaic(PV)mounting bracket is a new type of PV support structure.Finite element modelling of integrated PV brackets requires mechanical property testing of the photovoltaic module,which are composite materials.The test results show that the overall elastic modulus of the PV module is 11Gpa,the equivalent density is 1638kg/m3,and the Poisson's ratio is 0.2.Through the modal analysis of the integrated PV mounting bracket,it is found that the vertical bending stiffness of the bracket is relatively weak,mainly based on the bending deformation of the component,and the first-order vertical bending modal frequency is 4.98 Hz.
