城市轨道交通杂散电流测试及控制措施研究

城市轨道交通杂散电流会加剧地铁沿线设备设施电气腐蚀进程.分别对杂散电流产生机理和测量方法进行分析,通过对石家庄地铁3号线杂散电流情况进行分析,发现存在钢轨对地绝缘性能较差、金属结构极化电位偏移超出限值的情况,并分别采取调整轨电位动作定值、增加轨电位装置巡检频次、投入排流柜以及调整出入段线单项导通装置等措施来抑制杂散电流的产生,为降低直流杂散电流对轨道交通线路沿线管线的干扰提供解决措施.
Stray currents in urban rail transit can accelerate the electrical corrosion process of equipment and facilities along the subway lines.This paper analyzes the generation mechanism and measurement methods of stray current separately,and investigates the stray current situation in the Shijiazhuang Metro Line 3.The analysis reveals issues such as poor insulation of the rails and metal structure polarization potentials exceeding allowable limits.To mitigate the occurrence of stray currents,several measures such as adjusting the action settings of the rail potential,increasing the inspection frequency of the rail potential devices,installing current diversion cabinets,and adjusting the unidirectional conductivity of the entry and exit section lines.These measures aim to reduce the interference of direct current(DC)stray current on the underground pipelines along the subway lines.
