摘要

为保证钢箱梁钢管的安全,有必要全面掌握钢管的力学及变形行为,有限元理论和软件为钢箱梁钢管仿真分析和优化设计奠定基础.计算分析钢箱梁钢管支架系统的轴向力、拉压应力及位移.针对支架系统施加模拟荷载,测量各测点的沉降和应变,验证支架系统的安全性及数值计算的可靠性.结果表明,支架最大应力值与位移值均未超过钢管的强度值,支架系统的刚度和稳定性满足施工要求,Midas有限元程序适用于钢管系统的数值模拟.

Abstract

To ensure the safety of the steel box girder steel pipe,it is necessary to fully understand the mechanical and deformation behaviour of the steel pipe.Finite element theory and software provide a foundation for simulation analysis and optimization design of steel box girder steel pipes.This study calculates and analyzes the axial force,tensile and compressive stress,and displacement of the steel box girder steel pipe bracket system.Simulated loads were applied to the bracket system,and the settlement and strain at each measurement point were recorded to verify the safety of the bracket system and the reliability of the numerical calculations.The results show that both the maximum stress and displacement of the bracket are within the strength limits of the steel pipe,and the stiffness and stability of the bracket system meet construction requirements.The Midas finite element program is suitable for numerical simulation of the steel pipe system.
