随着新时代的到来,国有企业面临着前所未有的挑战与机遇.人力资源管理作为企业核心竞争力的关键要素,其培训方法的创新显得尤为重要.本文探讨新时代国企人力资源管理培训的创新方法,为企业提供有价值的参考.

Abstract

With the advent of the new era,state-owned enterprises(SOEs)are facing unprecedented challenges and opportunities.Human resource management,as a key element of corporate competitiveness,requires innovative training methods.This study aims to explore innovative approaches in human resource management and training for SOEs in the new era,providing valuable insights for enterprises seeking to enhance their workforce capabilities and adapt to changing market conditions.
