以铁路项目为研究对象,论述前期变更索赔筹划的重要性,其核心目的是在工程项目中通过变更和索赔为后期项目增加收入,提高项目的经济效益.
Abstract
Taking the railway projects as the research object,this paper discusses the importance of early-stage planning for change and claims.The core objective is to increase the revenue and improve the economic efficiency of the project in the later stages through changes and claims during the project lifecycle.
