翻译传播视域下江安竹簧日本传播策略
Communication Strategy of Jiang'an Bamboo Engraving in Japan from the Perspective of Translation and Communication

摘要
江安竹簧作为国家级非物质文化遗产,既是四川省宜宾市的地方文化名片,也是四川竹产业的重要组成部分.随着跨越国界交流活动的日益频繁,推动中国非物质文化遗产走出国门,对于增强中国文化自信、提升国家文化软实力具有重要意义.文章以日本为例,分析了江安竹簧海外传播的重要价值,提出了具体的传播策略.江安竹簧的日本传播可以激活地域"竹经济"、增进中日文化交流、增强民族文化自信.江安竹簧的日本传播,本质上是跨地域、跨语际的信息传递过程.在翻译传播学理论视域下,针对翻译传播的发起、翻译、传播、接受4 个环节,提出筛选适合的传播客体、使用恰当的传播语言、利用多样的传播媒介、建立适时的反馈机制4 大策略,助推江安竹簧"走出去".
Abstract
As a national intangible cultural heritage,Jiang'an Bamboo Engraving is not only the name card of local culture of Yibin city,Sichuan province,but also an important part of bamboo industry in Sichuan.With the increasing cross-border exchange activities,it is great significance to promote the export of China's intangible cultural heritage for enhancing Chinese cultural confidence and improving China's cultural soft power.This paper takes Japan as an example to analyze the important value of the overseas communication of Jiang'an Bamboo Engraving and proposes specific communication strategies.The communication of Jiang'an Bamboo Engraving to Japan can activate the regional"bamboo economy",enhance cultural exchanges between China and Japan,and improve the cultural confidence.It is essentially a process of information transmission across regions and languages.From the perspective of translation and communication theory,four strategies are proposed for the initiation,translation,communication,and reception of translation communication,i.e.,selecting suitable communication objects,using appropriate communication languages,utilizing diverse communication media,and establishing timely feedback mechanisms,with the aim to enable Jiang'an Bamboo Engraving to"go global".
