摘要
竹材是竹质代塑产品的重要原材料.竹材的物理力学性质是衡量竹材质量的重要指标之一.研究竹材主要物理力学性质的影响因素,有助于合理开发竹材资源和高效科学加工利用竹材,进而有助于开发高性能、高质量的竹质代塑产品.文章梳理了竹材物理力学性质的主要影响因素,包括竹种、竹龄、竹秆部位、竹材含水率、地理种源、立地条件、海拔高度、林分结构、采伐时间、施肥、病虫害和钩梢,这将为竹质代塑产品用的竹材选材、竹材分类利用以及竹材分级提供参考.
Abstract
Bamboo is an important raw material as a substitute for plastic.The physical and mechanical properties of bamboo are the important index to measure the quality of bamboo.The research on the influencing factors to main physical and mechanical properties of bamboo will contribute to rational development of bamboo resources and efficient processing and utilization of bamboo,thus contributing to developing high-performance and high-quality bamboo products as substitutes for plastic.In this paper,the factors affecting the physical and mechanical properties of bamboo are reviewed,including species,age,stalk position,moisture content,geographical provenance,site conditions,altitude,stand structure,cutting time,fertilization,diseases and pests,and obtruncation,which will provide a reference for bamboo timber selection,classified bamboo utilization and bamboo timber grading so as to produce bamboo products as substitutes for plastic.
