摘要
平安竹秆形奇特,是一种珍贵的观赏竹种,推广应用前景广阔.为推动平安竹的产业化开发和城市园林绿化应用,文章从生物学特性、抗性、形态学形成机理及繁育技术等方面总结分析了平安竹在中国的研究进展,并从生长规律、关键功能基因及遗传转化、矮化技术、快繁技术和观赏应用价值等方面对平安竹的后续研究方向进行展望,以期为平安竹的进一步研究、种质资源创新和运用提供参考.
Abstract
Pseudosasa japonica'Tsutsumiana'has a unique culm shape,which is a precious ornamental bamboo species with broad prospects in promotion and application.To promote the industrial development of P.japonica'Tsutsumiana'and apply it to urban landscaping,this paper summarizes and analyzes the research progress on P.japonica'Tsutsumiana'in China from the aspects of biological characteristics,resistance,morphological formation mechanism,and breeding technology,and discusses the future research direction for P.japonica'Tsutsumiana'from the aspects of growth laws,key functional genes and genetic transformation,dwarfing technology,rapid propagation technology,and ornamental value.This study aims to provide references for further research and its germplasm resource innovation and application.
