Leveraging Resources and Optimizing Industrial Layout to Accelerate High-Quality Development of "Bamboo as a Substitute for Plastic" in Guizhou Province
Bamboo as a Substitute for Plastic Initiative has created a new industry to reduce environmental pollution and effectively achieve the"double carbon"goal,which has a brilliant market prospect.Guizhou province is endowed with abundant bamboo resources,and Chishui city has built a good foundation for the bamboo industry,which has a great potential in the development of"bamboo as a substitute for plastic".It is imminent to transform resource advantages to development advantages and effectively promote the transformation and upgrading of the bamboo industry.Through investigation,survey and interviews,this study elaborates on the current development of the bamboo industry in Guizhou province,and systematically analyzes the favorable conditions and challenges faced.Suggestions are proposed to promote the development of the bamboo industry,such as clarifying the development directions,optimizing the industrial layout,strengthening scientific and technological innovation,improving the quality of bamboo resources,strengthening organizational leadership,strengthening policy supports,increasing investment,and expanding publicity and dissemination,with the aim to help promote the high-quality implementation of the Bamboo as a Substitute for Plastic Initiative in Guizhou province.
