滚筒式干燥系统处理竹刨花对竹定向刨花板性能的影响

以毛竹刨花为原料,采用滚筒式干燥系统对竹刨花进行干燥处理,探究干燥温度和干燥时间对竹刨花干燥速率及外观形貌的影响,并进一步探究其对竹定向刨花板(BOSB)物理力学性能的影响。结果表明:延长干燥时间不仅会降低竹刨花的色泽、增加其翘曲及撕裂程度,而且其制得的BOSB静曲强度明显下降,干燥30 min较干燥10 min的下降了47。77%;提高干燥温度与竹刨花色泽形貌变化无明显规律性,但可以小幅提高其干燥速率,且制得的BOSB性能下降幅度较延长干燥时间更小。综合产品性能及产能效率,在竹定向刨花板的实际生产中,若使用滚筒式干燥系统,干燥工艺宜控制为干燥温度约 210℃、干燥时间约 10 min。
Effect of Rotary Drying System for Processing Bamboo Strands on the Properties of Bamboo Oriented Strand Board
This paper takes moso bamboo strands as raw material and gets them dried with rotary drying system to explore the impact of drying temperature and drying time on the drying rate and the appearance of bamboo strands,as well as the influence of different drying processes on the mechanical properties of bamboo oriented strand board(BOSB).The results show that prolonging the drying time could not only discolor bamboo strands and increase the degree of warping and tearing,but also make the static bending strength of the produced BOSB significantly decreased,while the drying time of 30 min decreases 47.77%of the static bending strength compared with the drying time of 10 min;increasing the drying temperature has no direct connection with the regularity of change in the color and appearance of bamboo strands,but it can promote the drying rates slightly,and leads to smaller decrease of the BOSB properties than the extension of drying time.In view of the performance and the capacity efficiency of products,it is suggested that in the actual BOSB production,if the rotary drying system is used,the drying process should be controlled at a drying temperature of about 210℃and a drying time of about 10 min.
