摘要
为揭示竹林认证对竹林可持续经营的影响,文章概述了我国竹林认证现状,重点对认证审核提出的不符合项进行了系统分析,从而揭示竹林认证对竹林经营管理带来的变化,具体从竹林经营管理体系优化、经营环境友好、林区社会和谐、经营经济可行4 个方面分析了认证对竹林可持续经营的影响.在此基础上,结合对竹林认证不符合项的分析,提出了促进中国竹林认证发展的政策建议.
Abstract
In order to explore the impact of certification on sustainable management of bamboo forest,the paper summarizes the current condition of bamboo forest certification in China,with the focus on the non-conformity items raised by certification auditors,and reveals the changes brought by certification to bamboo forest management.The impact of certification on sustainable bamboo forest management is comprehensively analyzed from the four aspects,i.e.,bamboo forest management optimization,environmental friendliness,social harmony in forest area and economic feasibility.In view of the above analysis of the non-conformance of bamboo forest certification,this paper puts forward policy recommendations to promote the development of bamboo forest certification in China.
