湖南临湘竹产业融合创新发展实践

摘要
竹产业是湖南省临湘市的地域特色产业之一,在历届市委、政府的高度重视下,已经成为临湘市传统产业的一张名片.随着"双碳"目标和"以竹代塑"倡议的提出,临湘竹产业发展迎来新的机遇,加速产业绿色转型升级、推动竹产业全面振兴是加快实现共同富裕的重要路径.文章在调研临湘市竹产业发展现状的基础上,针对竹产业发展面临的传统产品市场创新力度不足、配套设施不优、经营理念创新不足、品牌宣传力度不够等困境,提出了临湘市竹产业振兴发展的建议,即重视以竹代塑政策新契机、加强院校合作、完善产业链条、加快竹林下经济建设、加强新型业态升级等举措,以期推动临湘竹产业高质量发展.
Abstract
The bamboo industry is one of the regional characteristic industries in Linxiang city,Hunan province.With the high attention of successive municipal committees and governments,it has become a business card of traditional industries in Linxiang city.With the proposals of the goals of"carbon peaking and carbon neutrality"and the initiative of"bamboo as a substitute for plastic",the development of bamboo industry in Linxiang city has ushered in new opportunities.Accelerating the green transformation and upgrading of the industry and promoting the comprehensive revitalization of bamboo industry are important paths to realize common prosperity.Based on the investigation of the current development status of bamboo industry in Linxiang city,this paper proposes suggestions for the revitalization and development of bamboo industry in Linxiang city,addressing the challenges faced by development of the bamboo industry,such as insufficient innovation in the traditional product market,inadequate supporting facilities,insufficient innovation in business concepts and brand promotion.These measures include taking the new opportunity of"bamboo as a substitute for plastic"policy,strengthening cooperation with colleges and universities,improving the industrial chain,accelerating the development of non-timber bamboo-forest-based economy,and strengthening the upgrading of new forms of business,in order to promote the high-quality development of bamboo industry in Linxiang city.
