竹产业是浙江省安吉县的传统优势产业,事关民生实事、生态保护、绿色发展,对加快实现共同富裕具有重要意义.随着"双碳"目标和"以竹代塑"倡议的提出,安吉竹产业发展迎来新的机遇,加速产业绿色转型升级,推动竹产业全面振兴是加快实现共同富裕的重要路径.在调研安吉县笋竹资源利用现状的基础上,针对竹产业发展面临的传统产品市场预期下降、产业链不完善、经营理念创新不足、毛竹综合利用率较低等困境,文章提出了竹产业振兴发展的建议,即优化产业结构、强化科技兴企思维、集聚产业要素、创新订单林业机制,以期为其他地区探索绿色共富新路径提供安吉经验.
Abstract
The bamboo industry is a traditional advantageous industry in Anji county,Zhejiang province,which is related to people's livelihood,ecological protection and green development,and is of great significance to accelerating the realization of common prosperity.With the"carbon peaking and carbon neutrality"strategy and the"bamboo as a substitute for plastic"initiative putting forward,the development of Anji's bamboo industry usher in new opportunities,accelerating the green transformation and upgrading of the industry,and promoting the comprehensive revitalization of the bamboo industry is an important path to accelerate the realization of common prosperity.Based on the investigation of the current utilization of bamboo resources in Anji,the paper put forward some suggestions for the revitalization and development of bamboo industry.Namely,to optimize the industrial structure,strengthen the thinking of enterprise development through science and technology,and innovate the order forestry mechanism,in view of the difficulties faced by the development of bamboo industry,such as the declining market expectation of traditional products,imperfect industrial chain,insufficient innovation of management concept and low comprehensive utilization rate of bamboo.In order to provide Anji experience for other regions to explore a new path of green common wealth.
