摘要
我国经济发展进入新常态,高质量发展成为时代主题.随着"以竹代塑"倡议的提出,全国各竹产区掀起了发展竹产业的热潮,传统竹产业强县面临诸多竞争压力.在深入调研的基础上,文章分析了传统竹产业强县湖南桃江的竹产业发展现状,针对制约竹产业发展存在的竹资源整体质量偏低、集约经营水平较低、竹加工综合实力不强、产业链供应链不完善等问题,提出推动竹林规模集约经营、强化竹资源科学培育、健全三级加工体系、打造特色主导产业、完善产业链并加快创新等策略,以期为促进桃江县竹产业高质量发展提供参考.
Abstract
China ushers in the new normal of economic development,and high-quality development has become the theme of the times.With the launching of the"Bamboo as a Substitute for Plastic"Initiative,various bamboo producing areas across the country have sparked a wave of bamboo industry development,and traditional strong bamboo industry counties are facing competitive pressures.On the basis of in-depth investigation,this paper analyzes the current development of the bamboo industry in Taojiang county,Hunan province,which is a traditional strong county in bamboo industry.In view of the problems that hinder the development of bamboo industry,such as low quality of bamboo resources,low level of intensive management,weak strength of comprehensive bamboo processing,and disruptive industrial&supply chains,the paper proposes strategies to promote large-scale intensive management of bamboo forests,strengthen scientific cultivation of bamboo resources,upgrade the three-level processing system,develop specialty industries,improve the industrial chain,and accelerate innovation,which are of great significance for promoting the high-quality development of bamboo industry in Taojiang county.
