Seizing Opportunities and Taking the Initiative to Promote High-Quality Development of Bamboo Industry in Huitong County,Hunan Province
Huitong county in Hunan Province is located in the southwestern border of Hunan Province and the southern part of Huaihua city.It is known as"Town of Chinese Fir"and"Town of Moso Bamboo".The county has an area of 30 000 ha of moso bamboo,with 100 million stand volume,which ranks the first in Huaihua city and the fifth in Hunan province.Seizing the opportunity of"bamboo as a substitute for plastic",Huitong county has adhered to the full bamboo utilization and full chain development of bamboo industry in recent years based on its abundant resources,and promoted the high-quality development of bamboo industry in an innovative way.This paper analyzes the current conditions of bamboo industry development in Huitong county,summarizes the practices adopted to promote high-quality development of bamboo industry,and points out the existing problems.Countermeasures and suggestions are proposed accordingly,aiming to provide references for promoting high-quality development of bamboo industry in Huitong county.
