箬叶为包裹粽子的主要原材料.近年来,国内外粽叶市场需求增长迅速,粽叶用箬竹人工林面积显著增加,但箬竹人工林造林质量不高、优质粽叶产量低、病虫害频繁发生等问题普遍,严重制约了粽叶相关产业的可持续发展.文章从造林、抚育和经营管理等方面系统地介绍了粽叶用箬竹丰产培育关键技术,旨在为箬竹资源规模化栽培和质量提升提供技术参考.
Abstract
The leaves of Indocalamus are the commonly used materials for rice dumplings called Zongzi,i.e.,"Zong"leaves.In recent years,the market demand for the leaves has increased rapidly,which has triggered the significantly growing Indocalamus plantation area.However,the problems facing the plantation,such as poor afforestation quality,low yield of high-quality leaves and frequent occurrence of diseases and pests have restrained the sustainable development of the"Zong"leaves industry.The paper systematically reviews the key technology used for high-yield cultivation of Indocalamus in terms of afforestation,tending and management,in order to provide a technical support for the large-scale cultivation and quality improvement of Indocalamus bamboo resources.
