摘要

塑料污染问题已成全球焦点话题,当今世界主要国家都在寻求禁塑、减塑、替塑之路.竹子具有速生、易再生、可降解、强度高、韧性好、可塑性佳等优点,是替代塑料产品的优质绿色原料.中国竹资源丰富、竹产业发达,推进"以竹代塑"具有得天独厚的优势,未来发展潜力巨大、影响深远.自2022 年11 月7 日"以竹代塑"倡议发起以来,中国各级政府、科研院所、行业企业等积极响应、大力推进,目前各方面均已取得积极成效.文章主要梳理了"以竹代塑"相关政策、成效进展、存在问题,并提出了相关建议,旨在为"以竹代塑"发展提供相关参考.

Abstract

The problem of plastic pollution has become a global focus.Nowadays,the major countries in the world are looking for pathways to prohibit,reduce and replace plastic use.Bamboo has the advantages such as fast growing,easy regeneration,decomposability,high strength,good toughness and good plasticity,which make bamboo a high-quality green material to replace plastic products.With rich bamboo resources and developed bamboo industry,China has a unique advantage in promoting"bamboo as a substitute for plastic",and boasts a great potential for future development with a strong impact.Since the launch of the"bamboo as a substitute for plastic"initiative on November 7,2022,the governments at all levels,scientific research institutes and enterprises in China have made active responses with vigorous actions.At present,positive results have been achieved in all aspects.This paper reviews the policies relevant to"bamboo as a substitute for plastic",analyzes their progress and problems,and puts forward suggestions,aiming to provide references for the development of"bamboo as a substitute for plastic".
