紫竹开花叶片光合特性与叶绿素荧光参数的变化

为研究紫竹(Phyllostachys nigra var.punctata)开花后叶片光合特性与叶绿素荧光参数的变化,以不同生长年限开花与未开花紫竹为试材,测定叶片的光合指标与叶绿素荧光参数.结果表明:蒸腾速率与净光合速率显著相关,与气孔导度极显著相关;最大光合效率(Fv/Fm)与光系统Ⅱ的实际光合效率[Y(Ⅱ)]、表观电子传递速率(ETR)显著相关;但净光合速率与Fv/Fm相关性不显著.通过主成分分析法以光合能力强、光合速率快和强光照适应能力好为评判标准得出,3 年生开花紫竹光合能力最弱、光合速率最慢、强光照适应能力最差,表明生长年限较大的紫竹开花后综合光合能力较差,其生长发育走向死亡.研究结果可为进一步探求紫竹开花的内在生理变化提供参考依据.
Changes in Photosynthetic Characteristics and Chlorophyll Fluorescence Parameters in Leaves of Flowering Phyllostachys nigra var.punctata
In order to study the changes in photosynthetic characteristics and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of leaves of Phyllostachys nigra var.punctata after flowering,the photosynthetic indexes and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of leaves from flowering and non-flowering Ph.nigra var.punctata are measured in different years of growth.The results show that the transpiration rate is significantly correlated with net photosynthetic rate and stomatal conductance.Fv/Fm is significantly correlated with Y(Ⅱ)and ETR.However,there is no significant correlation between net photosynthetic rate and Fv/Fm.According to the criteria of strong photosynthetic capacity,fast photosynthetic rate and good adaptability to strong light,the results from principal component analysis show that 3-year flowering Ph.nigra var.punctata has the weakest photosynthetic capacity,the slowest photosynthetic rate and the worst adaptability to strong light.This indicates that the comprehensive photosynthetic capacity of Ph.nigra var.punctata with longer years of growth is poor after flowering,ultimately leading to its death.The results of this study provide a reference for further exploring the inherent physiological changes of Ph.nigra var.punctata flowering.
