"以竹代塑"背景下湖南绥宁竹资源供应链发展建议

随着全球对环保和可持续发展的日益重视,"以竹代塑"成为推动绿色低碳产业发展的重要策略.文章以湖南绥宁县为案例,探讨了在"以竹代塑"政策背景下,竹资源供应链的现状、存在的问题及其优化路径.绥宁县拥有丰富的楠竹资源,通过政策引导和技术创新,竹产业得到了快速发展,形成了从原材料采集到深加工的完整产业链.然而,供应链中仍存在资源供需失衡、劳动力短缺、林权分散和产业链整合不足等问题.为应对这些问题,提出了加强基础设施建设、鼓励企业建立原材料基地、加强区域产业链结合和促进供应链数字化转型等策略.分析表明,通过综合措施的实施,可以有效优化竹资源供应链,推动竹产业的可持续和高质量发展.
Suggestions for Bamboo Resource Supply Chain under the Background of"Bamboo as a Substitute for Plastic"in Suining County,Hunan Province
With the increasing attention to environmental protection and sustainable development worldwide,"bamboo as a substitute for plastic"is an important strategy to promote the development of green and low-carbon industries.Taking Suining county in Hunan province as a study case,this paper discusses the current situation,existing problems and optimization path of bamboo supply chain under the background of the policies related to"bamboo as a substitute for plastic".Suining county has abundant moso bamboo resources.Through policy guidance and technology innovation,the bamboo industry has developed rapidly,with a complete industrial chain established from material collection to deep processing.However,the bamboo resource supply chain is challenged with some problems such as imbalanced supply and demand of bamboo resources,labor shortage,fragmentation of forest rights and insufficient integration of industrial chain.In order to deal with these problems,the paper proposes the strategies such as strengthening infrastructure construction,encouraging enterprises to establish material bases,enhancing regional integration of industrial chain,and promoting digital transformation of supply chain.The results show that the implementation of comprehensive measures can effectively optimize the supply chain of bamboo resources and promote the sustainable and high-quality development of bamboo industry.
