Effect of Silicon Fertilizer Application on Shoot Quality and Nutrient Absorption of Qiongzhuea tumidinoda
Taking Qiongzhuea tumidinoda shoots as the research object, four silicon fertilizer application treatments are set, including 0(control),60,180 and 540 kg/ha to study the effects of different silicon fertilizer application amounts on the quality and nutrient absorption of Q.tumidinoda shoots. The results show that when the silicon fertilizer application amount is at 60 kg/ha,the mass and the height of Q.tumidinoda shoots are the highest, which increase by 29.21%and 11.32%,respectively,compared with the control;the soluble sugar content in Q.tumidinoda shoots increases with the increase of silicon fertilizer application amount, there is no significant difference in starch content among the treatments, and the protein content increases first and then decreases with the increase of silicon fertilizer application amount;among the treatments,no significant difference is observed in organic carbon content between shoots and shoot sheaths of Q.tumidinoda, while there are significant differences in the contents of total nitrogen, total phosphorus and total silicon among the treatments. When the silicon fertilizer application amount is at 180 kg/ha,the total nitrogen and total phosphorus in shoots and shoot sheaths of Q.tumidinoda and the total silicon content in bamboo shoot sheaths are the highest. In general, when the silicon fertilizer application amount is 60 kg/ha,Q.tumidinoda shoots have the best morphological characteristics, and the silicon fertilizer application at 180 kg/ha is the most conducive to nutrients accumulation and absorption in Q.tumidinoda shoots. The research results provide a theoretical basis for rational application of silicon fertilizer in Q.tumidinoda forest.
