随着现代人健康意识的不断提升,消费者对纺织品的健康性能提出了更高要求.竹子作为一种可再生资源,其纤维具有独特的物理特性,如透气性、吸湿性和抑菌性,使其成为纺织品的理想材料.文章以吉林化纤集团有限责任公司生产的天竹®竹浆纤维纺织品为例,从竹浆纤维的研制及其特性、竹浆纤维纺织品种类与设计风格、市场潜力、环保与社会效益等方面,全面分析了竹浆纤维纺织品的价值,指出了当前面临的挑战以及未来的发展趋势,旨在推动竹浆纤维纺织品的普及与创新,助力竹产业可持续发展.
Abstract
With the increasing awareness of health,consumers set higher requirements for the healthy textiles.Bamboo,as a renewable resource,has unique physical properties in its fibers,such as breathability,moisture absorption,and antibacterial properties,making it an ideal material for textiles.Taking Tianzhu ® bamboo pulp fiber textiles produced by Jilin Chemical Fiber Group Co.,Ltd.,as an example,this paper comprehensively analyzes the value of bamboo pulp fiber textiles from the aspects of research and development of bamboo pulp fiber and its characteristics,as well as categories and design style,market potential,environmental friendliness and social benefits of bamboo pulp fiber textile.It points out the current challenges and future development trends of bamboo pulp fiber textile,aiming to promote its popularization and innovation and help the sustainable development of bamboo industry.
