摘要

海上能源开发技术创新对实现"双碳"目标、能源绿色转型意义重大."以竹代塑"的快速推进为海上能源开发绿色转型指明了新的战略方向,同时海上能源开发也为"以竹代塑"提供了重要舞台,其发展前景广阔.文章分析了我国海上能源开发领域"以竹代塑"的潜力、面临的问题与挑战,并提出应对挑战的建议,包括:加强"以竹代塑"的宣传与领导、引导制定"以竹代塑"规划并监督实施、实施"以竹代塑"示范工程、加快标准化建设、建立相应的政策支持体系等,以期为推进海上能源开发领域"以竹代塑"提供参考.

Abstract

The innovation of offshore energy extraction technology is of great significance for achieving the"dual carbon"goals and the transformation towards green energy.The rapid implementation of the"bamboo as a substitute for plastic"initiative has offered a strategic direction for the green transformation of offshore energy extraction,whilst offshore energy extraction provides an important foundation for"bamboo as a substitute for plastic"towards broad development prospects.This paper analyzes the potentials,problems and challenges of the offshore energy extraction sector in its implementation of the"bamboo as a substitute for plastic"initiative,and proposes the countermeasures,i.e.,boosting the dissemination and guidance of"bamboo as a substitute for plastic",leading the development and supervision of"bamboo as a substitute for plastic"planning,implementing"bamboo as a substitute for plastic"demonstration projects,accelerating standardized development,and correspondingly establishing a policy framework,in order to provide references for promoting"bamboo as a substitute for plastic"in the sector of offshore energy extraction.
