化疗相关性腹泻(Chemotherapy-induced diarrhea,CID)是化疗药物的不良反应之一,发病率高,甚至危及生命.中医药在此有独特的优势,具有减轻化疗药物毒性增强疗效,减轻患者痛苦,提高生活质量,延长寿命的作用.化疗药为"药毒"之邪,属六淫邪气之外的特殊外邪.根据不同化疗药物寒热属性的致病特点,将其分为寒毒证、热毒证、寒热互结证.张永康教授临床擅长古方新用,异病同治,运用经方治疗病机与古代疾病相同的现代病,如运用葛根黄芩黄连汤加味、附子理中汤加味、乌梅丸加味辨证治疗CID,效果显著,其在辨证治疗CID的丰富临床经验值得学习和推广.
Professor Zhang Yongkang's Experience in Treating Chemotherapy-Induced Diar-rhea with Classic Traditional Chinese Medicine Prescriptions from Medicinal Toxicity
Chemotherapy-induced diarrhea(CID)is one of the adverse reactions caused by chemotherapy,with a high incidence,and it even threatens life safety.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has unique advantages in reducing the toxicity and enhancing the efficacy of chemotherapeutic drugs,relieving the pain,improving the quality of life,and prolon-ging the lifespan.Chemotherapeutic drugs possess medicinal toxicity,which is a special external pathogen beyond the six excesses.According to the pathogenic characteristics,different chemotherapeutic drugs can be classified into the categories of cold toxicity,heat toxicity,and cold-heat toxicity.In clinical practice,Professor Zhang Yongkang is adept at the modi-fied application of ancient TCM prescriptions and the treatment of different diseases with the same methods.He uses classi-cal TCM prescriptions to treat modern diseases with the same pathogenesis as ancient diseases.For example,he uses modi-fied Gegen Huangqin Huanglian Decoction,modified Fuzi Lizhong Decoction,and modified Wumei Pills to treat CID based on syndrome differentiation,achieving remarkable therapeutic effects.Professor Zhang's rich experience in the syndrome differentiation and treatment of CID is worth learning and promoting.
