Treatment of Ischaemia with Non-obstructive Coronary Arteries Based on Heart-Spleen Correlation Theory
Ischemia with non-obstructive coronary artery disease(INOCA)is a cardiovascular disease in clinical practice.The quality of life of the patients was seriously affected by repeated chest tightness and other discomfort symp-toms.Deng Tietao,a master of traditional Chinese medicine,proposes the treatment system of five zang-organ correlation,with heart-spleen being the key points.He believes that the pathogenesis of this disease is deficiency in nature and excess in superficiality.Specifically,deficiency in nature refers to heart,spleen and kidney deficiency,and the focus is simultane-ous regulation of heart and spleen,while excess in superficiality means that phlegm and blood stasis are dominant,even combined phlegm and stasis in severe cases.The treatment should emphasize nourishing heart and strengthening spleen.In addition,tonifying kidney,soothing liver,and regulating lung should be combined.With syndrome differentiation identifica-tion and treatment,desirable results are usually achieved.
