摘要
不明原因高龄女性不孕症是目前妇科生殖领域研究的重难点,临证时发现"肝郁"是其核心病机,主要涉及肝、脾、肾三脏.文中系统总结了门成福教授在不明原因高龄女性不孕症诊疗方面的学术思想及治疗经验.门成福教授运用中医整体思维审证求因,采用疏、健、调分期辨证治疗,形成具有独具特色的中药人工周期,组方严谨,攻补兼施,配合心理疏导,取得了事半功倍的效果.
Abstract
Infertility in elderly women with unknown causes is a major and difficult problem in the field of gyne-cology and reproduction at present.It is clinically found that"liver depression"is the core pathogenesis of the disease,which mainly involves the viscera of the liver,spleen,and kidney.In this paper,Professor Men Chengfu's academic thoughts and treatment experience in the diagnosis and treatment of infertility in elderly women with unknown causes were systematically summarized.By applying the holistic thinking of TCM to examine and find the cause and adopting the syn-drome differentiation and treatment in stages with relaxation,strengthening,and regulation,Professor Men has formed a u-nique manual cycle of traditional Chinese medicine.The prescription is strict,with tonification and purgation effects,and combined with psychological counseling,it has achieved double effects.
