摘要
急性心肌梗死(Acute myocardial infarction,AMI)发病率和病死率日趋升高,严重危害我国人民的身体健康.中医药对于改善AMI患者的症状、提高生活质量、改善预后颇具特色.李军教授认为,AMI病因包括外邪侵袭、情志过极、年老体虚、饮食不节,总体为本虚标实之证,本虚以心之气虚、阴阳亏虚为主,标实为痰、瘀、热、滞、饮停留.提出"四期辨证治疗"理论,分别总结急性期、亚急性期、陈旧期及终末期患者病机特点、症状、治法及方药.
Abstract
The prevalence and mortality of acute myocardial infarction(AMI)are progressively increasing,posing a significant threat to the health of the Chinese population.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)presents distinctive features in alleviating symptoms,enhancing the quality of life,and improving the prognosis of AMI patients.Professor Li Jun be-lieves that the etiology of AMI includes the invasion of external pathogens,excessive emotional stress,being worn out with age,and irregular diet,indicating a pattern of deficiency in nature and excess in superficiality overall.Specifically,deficien-cy in nature primarily involves a deficiency of qi in the heart and a deficiency of yin and yang,while the excess manifests as phlegm,stasis,heat,stagnation,and retained fluid.Therefore,Professor Li proposes the theory of four-stage syndrome differentiation and treatment,which systematically delineates the pathogenesis,symptoms,treatment principles,and herbal prescriptions for AMI patients in the acute,subacute,chronic,and end stages.
