基于Citespace雷公藤在类风湿关节炎中治疗作用的文献计量分析

摘要
目的 分析雷公藤在类风湿关节炎(Rheumatoid arthritis,RA)治疗中的发展趋势以及近年来的研究进展,以期为临床发展提供更好的参考依据.方法 以中国学术期刊网络出版总库(CNKI)作为数据库来源,检索CNKI中已发表的雷公藤治疗RA的相关文献,检索范围为2002年1月1日-2021年12月31日.采用文献计量分析方法,运用科学计量学工具CiteSpace 6.1.R3对这20年期间年发文量、期刊分布、研究现状,研究热点及发展趋势等进行可视化分析,绘制雷公藤治疗类风湿关节炎的知识图谱.结果 共纳入1252篇文献,发文量总体呈上升趋势,基金来源主要是国家自然科学基金,学科主要分布在中医学和中药学.关键词共现中心度高于0.1的关键词有6个,分别为"雷公藤""类风湿""关节炎""甲氨蝶呤""中药"和"大鼠".关键词聚类共得出11个聚类,突现词有17个.结论 雷公藤治疗RA相关文献呈上升趋势,该领域的研究热点主要集中在RA的诊断方法和药物临床疗效.从各种可视化图谱分析可知,通过Citespace软件分析雷公藤对RA药物研究热点以及趋势分析,并提出相应思路以供临床研究使用,提高药物临床疗效.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the trend and progress of the research on Tripterygii Radix et Rhizoma in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis(RA)and thus provide a reference for clinical practice.Methods China National Knowl-edge Infrastructure(CNKI)was searched for the articles about the treatment of RA with Tripterygii Radix et Rhizoma with the time interval from January 1,2002 to December 31,2021.CiteSpace 6.1.R3 was used to visualize the annual number of articles,journal distribution,research status,research hotspots,and development trends in this field in the past 20 years.The knowledge map of Tripterygii Radix et Rhizoma in the treatment of RA was established.Results A total of 1 252 arti-cles were included,and the annual number of articles was rising.The studies were mainly supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China,primarily involving traditional Chinese medicine and Chinese materia medica.Six keywords showed the co-occurrence centrality higher than 0.1,being Tripterygii Radix et Rhizoma,RA,methotrexate,Chinese ma-teria medica,and rat.The cluster analysis of keywords showed 11 clusters and 17 bursts.Conclusion The articles about Tripterygii Radix et Rhizoma in the treatment of RA was on the rise,and the research hotspots in this field were mainly di-agnostic methods and clinical efficacy.Reviewing the research hotspots and trends of treating RA with Tripterygii Radix et Rhizoma based on CiteSpace can provide clues for the clinical practice and help to improve the clinical efficacy of this drug.
