韩延华教授应用韩氏妇炎汤治疗卵巢囊肿的经验总结

摘要
韩延华教授传承了韩百灵先生学术思想,在临证运用韩氏妇炎汤治疗卵巢囊肿(Ovarian Cyst)疾病自成一派,对卵巢囊肿的认识有其独到的见解和临证经验.充分发挥中医的临床优势和特色,将"肝主冲任"理论应用于治疗卵巢囊肿,根据其西医发病机制及中医病因病机,善于应用清热解毒药佐以疏肝行气及活血消癥药来治疗卵巢囊肿,临床疗效显著.文中根据卵巢囊肿中西医研究进展及韩教授治疗卵巢囊肿的经验进行论述.
Abstract
Professor Han Yanhua has inherited the academic thoughts of Mr.Han Bailing and developed a unique approach in the clinical application of Hanshi Fuyan Decoction for the treatment of ovarian cysts.Professor Han has distinct insights and clinical experience in understanding ovarian cysts.She fully leverages the clinical advantages and characteris-tics of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),applying the theory of"the liver governs the Chong and Ren meridians"to the treatment of ovarian cysts.Based on the pathogenesis of Western medicine and the etiology and pathogenesis of TCM,she skillfully uses heat-clearing and toxin-removing drugs,supplemented by liver-soothing,qi-regulating,and blood-ac-tivating,as well as mass-dissolving drugs to treat ovarian cysts,achieving significant clinical efficacy.This article dis-cussed the research progress and Professor Han's experience in treating ovarian cysts.
