Observation on Curative Effect of Bushen Antai Decoction Combined with Small-Dose Aspirin and Low-Molecular-Weight Heparin on Patients with Recurrent Spontaneous Abortion
Objective To explore the curative effect of Bushen Antai Decoction combined with small-dose aspi-rin and low-molecular-weight heparin on patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion(RSA).Methods A total of 92 patients with RSA admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Chinese Medicine and the Lu'an Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected.They were randomly divided into a con-trol group and a treatment group by using a random number table method,with 46 patients in each group.The control group was treated with conventional small-dose aspirin and low-molecular-weight heparin,while the treatment group was treated with Bushen Antai Decoction on the basis of the control group.After treatment for two courses,live birth rate,ad-verse reactions,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)clinical syndrome score before and after treatment,sex hormone levels[humanchorionic gonadotrophin(β-HCG),estradiol(E2),and progesterone(P)],immune function indicators[human in-terferon-γ(INF-γ),interleukin-2(IL-2),and interleukin-4(IL-4)]of the two groups were observed and com-pared.Results After treatment,the total birth rate of patients with RSA in the treatment group was 91.3％(42/46),high-er than that in the control group of 82.6％(38/46),with a statistically significant difference(P＜0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of patients with RSA in the two groups decreased(P＜0.01),and the TCM syndrome score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group(P＜0.01).After treatment,the levels of sex hormones β-HCG,E2,and P of patients with RSA in the two groups were higher(P＜0.05),and the levels of sex hormones β-HCG,E2,and P of the treatment group were higher than those of the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of INF-γ and IL-2 in the peripheral blood of patients with RSA in the two groups were lower,and the levels of IL-4 were higher(P＜0.05).In addition,INF-γ and IL-2 levels in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and IL-4 levels in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).During the treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was 17.39％(8/46)compared with 21.74％(10/46)in the control group,and the difference was not statistically significant(P＞0.05).Conclusion Bushen Antai Decoction combined with small-dose aspirin and low-molecular-weight heparin can increase the clinical fertility rate,reduce TCM syndrome scores,and improve hormone levels and immune function,with considerable safety,which is worthy of promotion.
