摘要
目的 调查中医儿科优势病种的认识、范畴及临床治疗认可度,为构建中医儿科优势病种体系提供支撑.方法 采用同行评议法,参照文献及专家意见设计调查问卷,通过线上方式发放问卷,对回收的问卷进行统计分析.结果 研究收回有效答卷684份,确定中医儿科优势病种具备安、效、特、廉、捷的五项优势,并遴选出23种优势病种,在临床中中西医结合治疗方式具有较好认可度.结论 目前医务工作者对中西医结合治疗的认可度较高,但对中医儿科优势病种的认识仍存不足,应当制定、实践、推广中医儿科优势病种的方法和标准.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the understanding,scope,and clinical treatment recognition of pediatric dis-eases with clinical advantages in traditional Chinese medicine and provide support for constructing a system of pediatric diseases with clinical advantages in traditional Chinese medicine.Methods Peer review method was used,and survey questionnaires were designed based on literature and expert opinions.The questionnaires were distributed online,and statis-tical analysis was conducted on the collected questionnaires.Results A total of 684 valid responses were collected in the study,and it was determined that pediatric diseases with clinical advantages in traditional Chinese medicine had five advan-tages:safety,efficacy,specificity,cost-effectiveness,and agility.23 pediatric diseases with clinical advantages in tradition-al Chinese medicine were selected,which had good recognition in the clinical treatment of integrated traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine.Conclusion Currently,medical workers have a high recognition of the combination of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine treatment,but their understanding of pediatric diseases with clinical ad-vantages in traditional Chinese medicine is still insufficient.Therefore,methods and standards for pediatric diseases with clinical advantages in traditional Chinese medicine should be developed,practiced,and promoted.
