摘要
慢性肾脏疾病日久可致肾纤维化,日久血管稀疏,目前尚无行之有效的治疗手段.络病理论起于先秦至汉的《黄帝内经》,由当代吴以岭院士团队传承发扬,形成系统的理论体系,并提出"脉络-血管系统"的理论.文中从络病理论出发探讨肾纤维化的发病机制,认为肾络亏虚是肾纤维化的发病基础,肾络痹阻是肾纤维化的病机关键,毒损肾络贯穿肾纤维化始终,三者相互影响,互为因果.
Abstract
Chronic kidney disease can cause renal fibrosis and sparse blood vessels over time.There is no effective treatment at present.The theory of collateral disease originated from the Yellow Emperor's Internal Classic from the pre-Qin Dynasty to the Han Dynasty,and it was inherited and developed by the contemporary academician Wu Yiling.Wu Yil-ing formed a systematic theoretical system and put forward the theory of the"collateral-vascular system".Based on this theory,this paper discussed the pathogenesis of renal fibrosis and believed that renal collateral deficiency was the basis of renal fibrosis;renal collateral obstruction was the key to the pathogenesis of renal fibrosis,and renal collateral damage ran through renal fibrosis.They influenced each other and shared a causal relationship.
