The occurrence of allergic diseases generally has an order,manifested as the sequential development of atopic dermatitis,food allergy,allergic asthma,and allergic rhinitis,which is known as atopic march.Professor An Xiaoxian proposed the association between the body condition of less yang in children and allergic march,believing that there is a re-lationship between allergic march and the yin-yang imbalance of zang-fu organs at different stages in children.This pa-per summarizes the experience of Professor An Xiaoxian in intervening in allergic march with the three methods of balan-cing yin and yang,harmonizing nutrient and defensive aspects,and preventing progression.Furthermore,this paper intro-duces the application of the three methods in intervening in allergic march of eczema,atopic dermatitis,food allergies,bron-chial asthma,and allergic cough,aiming to provide more theoretical support for the intervention in atopic march with tradi-tional Chinese medicine.
