Analysis of Liuqi Acupuncture Method Combined with Sanyin Sitian Fang for Syn-drome Differentiation Treatment of Nephropathy Based on Wuyun Liuqi Theory
From the perspective of Wuyun Liuqi theory,the idea of using the Liuqi acupuncture method combined with Sanyin Sitian Fang to treat nephropathy was explored.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)believes that the pathogen-esis of nephropathy is mixed with deficiency and excess and exterior-interior disease and reflects the characteristics of temporal coherence at the onset of the disease.Wuyun Liuqi theory has a unique advantage in treating nephropathy.Under the guidance of the Wuyun Liuqi theory,the overall judgment considering the patient's birth,disease onset,and disease ag-gravation was conducted,so as to grasp the pathogenesis before the onset of the disease.The combination of the five repre-sentations could break through the limitations of conventional syndrome differentiation to a certain extent and further im-prove clinical efficacy.The article clarified the application of Wuyun Liuqi theory to observe the representations and grasp the pathogenesis,distinguish the representations and apply the acupuncture,use the prescription according to the time,com-bine acupuncture and medicine,and thus achieve internal and external treatment.
