目的 旨在采用文献计量学研究分析中医药治疗宫颈癌的现状和趋势.方法 基于Web of Sci-ence Core Collection(WOSCC)数据库对相关领域的出版物进行了高级检索.通过文献计量学研究,以展示研究现状、研究趋势并构建可视化知识地图.根据高被引参考文献和最常被搜索的关键词,分析新出现的研究趋势和新进展.结果 共分析了 597篇出版物,年度发文量呈上升趋势.国家贡献最多的是中国(227篇).合作频次最多的国家是荷兰(68).发文量最多的前十名机构有一半在中国.《Journal of Ethnopharmacology》是发表论文最多的期刊.参考文献时间轴显示该领域的核心主题包括"DNA甲基化"和"网络药理学".关键词"预防""抗氧化剂""细胞周期阻滞""网络药理学""细胞增殖"和"诱导"的搜索持续到2023年.结论 网络药理学、DNA甲基化、细胞增殖、中药提取物等可能成为该领域的研究热点.建议学者加强机构间合作,充分利用新兴趋势和热点话题对本领域展开深入机制研究.
Visualization Analysis of Trends in Traditional Chinese Medicine for the Treatment of Cervical Cancer Based on Web of Science
Objective To analyze the current status and trends in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)for the treatment of cervical cancer using bibliometric research methods.Methods An advanced search for publications in the relevant field was conducted using the Web of Science Core Collection(WOSCC)database.Bibliometric analysis was em-ployed to showcase the research status,identify research trends,and construct a visual knowledge map.Emerging research trends and new developments were analyzed based on highly cited references and the most frequently searched keywords.Results A total of 597 publications were analyzed,showing an upward trend in the annual volume of publications.China contributed the most publications(227),while the Netherlands had the most frequent collaborations(68).Half of the top ten institutions in terms of publication volume are located in China.The Journal of Ethnopharmacology was the most prolific journal in this field.The reference timeline indicated core themes in the field,including"DNA methylation"and"network pharmacology".Keywords such as"prevention","antioxidants","cell cycle arrest","network pharmacology","cell pro-liferation",and"induction"remained prominent in searches up to 2023.Conclusion Research hotspots in this field may include network pharmacology,DNA methylation,cell proliferation,and TCM extracts.Scholars are encouraged to strength-en inter-institutional cooperation and to leverage emerging trends and hot topics to conduct in-depth mechanistic studies in this field.
