Objective To explore the current research status,hotspots,and trends of Haoqin Qingdan Decoction by conducting a visual analysis of related literature.Methods Relevant literature on Haoqin Qingdan Decoction was re-trieved from CNKI,VIP,Wanfang Data,and CBM databases from database inception to March 18,2023.The CiteSpace_6.1.R6 software was used to generate knowledge maps of authors,institutions,and keywords.Results A total of 378 articles were included,including three articles in English.The annual publication volume showed a general trend of fluctuating in-crease.The journal with the most publications was Journal of Sichuan of Traditional Chinese Medicine(20 articles).The literature primarily focused on clinical applications(77.78％),with the main diseases treated being fever,influenza,and gastritis.The most prolific author was Han Xuemei(15 articles),and the most prolific institution was Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine(18 articles).Keyword analysis indicated that research mainly focused on fever(28 occur-rences),dampness-heat syndrome(25 occurrences),and medical case reports(22 occurrences).The therapeutic advanta-ges of Haoqin Qingdan Decoction in treating fever have been a consistent research hotspot,and recent research trends have primarily focused on cancer-related treatments,theoretical discussions in traditional Chinese medicine,and the integration of various treatment methods.Conclusion Haoqin Qingdan Decoction is a representative ancient formula that has been in-creasingly valued and explored.It is widely used in the treatment of fever and digestive system diseases in clinical practice and warrants further research and promotion.
