Hyperplasia of mammary glands is one of the common diseases of modern middle-aged and young women,and it is called breast lump in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).According to the pathogenesis of disharmony,Professor LYU Peiwen proposes that the basic pathogenesis of breast lump is the disharmony of zang-fu organs,thorough-fare and conception vessels,yin-yang,and qi-blood.From the syndrome differentiation of zang-fu organs,Professor LYU puts forward the application of TCM harmonizing method in the treatment of the patients with breast lump.In clinical practice,the methods of soothing liver and regulating qi movement,invigorating spleen and benefiting kidney,and tonifying liver and kidney can be adopted to accelerate the recovery of body functions,which have achieved good clinical effects.
