摘要
目的 采用医案数据挖掘的方法,研究国医大师何任教授辨证治疗消化道肿瘤的用药特色和组方规律.方法 收集2008年6月-2011年10月期间何任教授门诊收治的消化道肿瘤患者门诊病历822例,建立医案数据库,分析何任教授治疗消化道肿瘤的用药频次、主药用量、组方规律和系统聚类分析,并附验案一则加以佐证.结果 (1)共纳入病例822份,所涉及消化道肿瘤7种、证型5种、治法5种、处方822首、共用药物215味.(2)使用频次100次以上的单味中药共有25味、单个处方用量超过30 g的中药有75味、常用药对有7个、药物聚类5组.结论 数据挖掘的结果反映了何任教授治疗消化道肿瘤"不断扶正、适时祛邪、随证治之"的学术思想和用药特色,为何任教授的遣方用药规律总结和学术思想传承提供了科学依据.
Abstract
Objective To study the medication characteristics and compatibility rules of Professor He Ren,a TCM master,in the syndrome differentiation and treatment of gastrointestinal cancer patients by data mining of medical records.Methods The medical records of 822 gastrointestinal cancer patients treated by Professor He Ren from June 2008 to Oc-tober 2011 were collected to build a medical case library.Then,the medicine frequency,doses of main medicines,and com-patibility rules were analyzed,and the hierarchical cluster analysis was performed.Finally,a case was illustrated as evi-dence.Results(1)A total of 822 medical records were included in this study,involving 7 gastrointestinal cancers,5 syn-dromes,5 therapies,822 prescriptions,and 215 medicines.(2)25 medicines were used with the frequency above 100,and 75 medicines were used with the dose above 30 g.The mining yielded 7 high-frequency medicine pairs and 5 medicine clusters.Conclusion The mining results reveal Professor He Ren's academic thought and medication characteristics of re-inforcing healthy qi throughout the treatment process,eliminating the pathogen at right time,and treating based on syndrome differentiation in the treatment of gastrointestinal cancer patients.The findings provide a scientific basis for revealing the medication rules and inheriting the academic thought of Professor He Ren.
