摘要
肿瘤已成为目前死亡常见原因之一，全世界每年约有1010余万人患有肿瘤。恶性肿瘤为男性第二死因，女性第三位主要死因。除了进行早期手术根治外，化疗及放疗虽然也能从一定程度上控制疾病的发生和发展，但毒副作用太多，对人体伤害太大。中药多糖作为治疗肿瘤的辅助方法具有毒副作用小，疗效好等特点。本文就近年来有关中药多糖抗肿瘤的基础研究作一综述。
Abstract
Tumor has become one of the common causes of death at present. Every year more than ten million and one hundred thousand people are suffering from tumor all over the world. Malignancy is the second biggest killer of males, and third of females. Besides an early stage operation as a perfect cure, chemotherapy and radiotherapy which can also, to some extent, contribute to the controlling of the occurrence and deterioration of the disease have too much poisonous side effect and do a lot of harm to the human body. However, the accessory treatment using traditional Chinese medicine with polysaccharide has properties of little side effect and good recovery. This paper mainly talks about the fundamental research in recent years on applying this method to anti-tumor.
