复方糖胰生联合二甲双胍对老年糖尿病患者的治疗研究

目的 研究复方糖胰生联合二甲双胍对老年糖尿病患者治疗效果的影响.方法 选择60例老年糖尿病患者,随机分为2组,分别为对照组与治疗组.治疗组患者服用复方糖胰生联合二甲双胍进行治疗,对照组服用正常的二甲双胍治疗,观察复方糖胰生联合二甲双胍对治疗组30例中重型T2DM病人血脂、空腹血糖(FPG)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、糖化血红蛋白(HBA1C)、胰岛素抵抗(IR)、体重指数(BMI)等指标的影响.结果 复方糖胰生联合二甲双胍治疗组的总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、FBG、HBA1C、IR降低明显,高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、FINS上升明显,结果有显著差异性(P<0.01);复方糖胰生联合二甲双胍治疗组与治疗前相比较,体重指数BMI指数明显下降(P<0.01),同时较对照组血糖达标时间降低(P<0.05).结论 与传统的二甲双胍治疗相比较,复方糖胰生联合二甲双胍对老年人中重型2型糖尿病患者的临床疗效更加显著,能显著降低病人血糖、血脂水平、体重指数,改善胰岛素抵抗.
Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of FufangTangyisheng Granuleand Met-formin on type 2 diabetic old patients. Methods To select 60 patients and divided into two groups of treatment group and control group randomly, the treatment group of patients was take FufangTangyisheng Granuleand Metformin and the control group was take traditional Metformin. Then to observe the effect of FufangTangyi-sheng Granuleand Metformin on 30 cases of type 2 diabetic patients for their index of blood fat, fasting blood-glucose(FPG), fasting insulin(FINS), glycosylated hemoglo-bin (HBA1C), insulin resistance(IR) and body mass index(BMI) and so on. Results The TC、TG、LDL-C、FBG、HBA1C、IR of treatment group decrease obviously, HDL-C、FINS rise obviously, and the consequence is different obviously (P<0.01). Compared with before treatment , the BMI of treatment group decrease obviously(P<0.01) and the time of blood sugar reaching the standard decrease as well(P<0.05). Conclusion Compared with the traditional Metformin, FufangTangyisheng Granuleand Metformin have effect on type medium and heavy duty 2 diabetic significantly, it can reduce the index of blood sugar, blood fat, body mass index, and insulin resistance of type medium and heavy duty 2 diabetic patients.
