摘要
随着近年来发光二极管(LED)在生物医学邻域的应用与发展以及国内外对远红光/近红外光疗法在全身各系统疾病的研究进展,本文以LED为光源的远红光/近红外光疗在医学方面的研究和应用进行综述,主要包括:一、简述远红光/近红外光疗法的作用机制;二、远红光/近红外LED光疗的临床应用:减轻疼痛,加快伤口愈合,包括外伤及难治性溃疡,增强细胞在毒性环境的存活及修复能力,增加脑组织血流量,改善焦虑抑郁状态,治疗帕金森,视网膜疾病,肿瘤光动力学疗法(Photo Dynamic Therapy,PDT)等;三、远红光/近红外LED光疗在医学方面应用所存在的问题、前景与展望.
Abstract
With the development of Light Emiting Diode (LED)in recent years ,It was applied in biomedical and clinical fields,especially far-red/near-infrared Light Emitting Diode (FR/NIR-LED) phototherapy , such as pain releasing,wound healing(trauma or ulcers included),promoting cell proliferation,increasing the blood flow in brain,Improving anxiety and depression symptom , treating Parkinson, retinal diseases and using in Photo Dynamic Therapy of cancers etc.This reviews will summary the mechanism of far-red/near-infrared therapy briefly ;presents current research on the use of far-red(FR)to near-infrared (NIR) light treatment in various in vitro and in vivo models and discuss the challenge and prospect of NIR- LED phototherapy in clinical application.
