从"阳化气,阴成形"理论探讨肺癌形成及转移的中医病机

摘要
通过对"阳化气,阴成形"的理论内涵进行梳理,从理论层面探讨"阳化气,阴成形"与肺癌形成及转移之间的内在联系.借助阴阳的相对属性及无限可分,从机体物质代谢的角度阐释肺癌的中医理论渊源及"阳化气,阴成形"在生理和病理状态下对肺癌形成与发展的影响.同时,从瘤体增生侵袭的角度探究"阳化气,阴成形"在肺癌转移中的作用.机体与瘤体之间的阴阳消长、化气成形贯穿肺癌产生、发展及转移的全过程,用"阳化气,阴成形"理论来诠释肺癌形成及转移的中医学病机具有高度的普适性和临床价值.
Abstract
By analyzing the theory of"yang transforming qi and yin constituting form",this paper explored the internal relationship between"yang transforming qi and yin constituting form"and the formation and metastasis of lung cancer from the theoretical lev-el.By virtue of the relative attributes and infinite separability of yin and yang,the origin of lung cancer in traditional Chinese medi-cine(TCM)was explained from the perspective of body metabolism,and the influence of"yang transforming qi and yin constituting form"on the formation and development of lung cancer under physiological and pathological conditions was also discussed.Moreo-ver,the paper analyzed the role of"yang transforming qi and yin constituting form"in the metastasis of lung cancer from the per-spective of tumor proliferation and invasion.The waning and waxing of yin and yang between body and tumor and the formation of qi run through the whole process of the occurrence,development and metastasis of lung cancer.It is of high universality and clinical value to interpret the TCM pathogenesis of the formation and metastasis of lung cancer with the theory of"yang transforming qi and yin constituting form".
