林洪生"固本清源"理论指导下早期肺癌术后的中医巩固治疗经验

摘要
林洪生教授从事中西医结合肿瘤的临床与科研工作40余年,提出了"固本清源"的肿瘤防治理论,重视肿瘤的阶段化规范化论治.林教授认为早期肺癌术后患者正气亏虚,癌毒未尽,治疗当以固本清源为法,以益气养阴、解毒抗癌为主要治则,佐以养血活血、健脾益肾等治法,临证加减,以提高患者生命质量,减少复发转移.
Abstract
Professor LIN Hongsheng,who has been engaged in the clinical and scientific research work of tumors with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine for more than 40 years,put forward the theory of"consolidating the foundation and clear-ing the source"for tumor prevention and treatment,and pays attention to the staged and standardized treatment of tumors.Professor LIN believes that patients with early lung cancer after surgery have deficiency of healthy qi and incomplete elimination of cancer toxicity.Thus the treatment should be based on the method of consolidating the foundation and clearing the source,with the main principles of replenishing qi,nourishing yin,removing toxin and resisting cancer,supplemented by the methods of nourishing blood,activating blood,and strengthening the spleen and kidney,according to the symptoms.In this way,the quality of life of patients can be improved and the recurrence and metastasis reduced.
