摘要
目的:归纳总结全国第二批名老中医药学术经验指导老师李堪印教授治疗膝骨关节炎的用药经验,为中医药治疗膝骨关节炎提供思路和方法.方法:将李堪印教授门诊中符合纳入标准的膝骨关节炎医案,利用数据分析软件相关功能,分析其证候类型、药物性味归经、用药规律及用量经验.结果:对筛选出的115首方剂处方和其中的108味中药进行分析,统计处方中证候类型、药物的使用频次、性味、归经、使用规律及各证型的用药规律及用量,最终得出证型4种,使用频次超过40的中药有14味;药物四气主要为温、平、寒;五味主要为苦、甘、辛;归经主要属肝、脾、肾三经.结论:通过总结李堪印教授在治疗KOA中的用药经验,得出自组方:鸡血藤、延胡索、牛膝、黄芪、甘草,为临床治疗膝骨关节炎提供中医药的思路和方法.
Abstract
Objective:To summarize the experience of Professor LI Kanyin,an academic instructor of the second batch of famous traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)veterans,in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis,and to provide ideas and methods for the clini-cal treatment of knee osteoarthritis with TCM.Methods:The medical records of knee osteoarthritis in the outpatient clinic of Profes-sor LI that met the inclusion criteria were collected,and the syndrome type,property,flavor,meridian tropism,medication rule and dosage of medicinal materials were analyzed using the relevant functions of data analysis software.Results:A total of 115 prescrip-tions were screened,involving 108 medicinal materials.The symptom type,frequency of usage,property,flavor,meridian tropism,medication rule and dosage of the medicinal materials were determined,and four syndrome types were obtained.There were 14 me-dicinal materials with a frequency of usage of more than 40,and they were mainly warm,moderate and cold,with bitter,sweet and pungent properties and mostly acting on the liver,spleen and kidney.Conclusion:By summarizing Professor LI's experience in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis,a self-organized prescription was obtained,which consists of Caulis Spatholobi,Rhizoma Corydalis,Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae,Radix Astragali,and Radix Et Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae.This paper provides ideas and methods for the clinical treatment of knee osteoarthritis with TCM.
