摘要
从天然植物中分离化学成分并进行活性研究是寻找新药的一种有效途径.芸香科蜜茱萸属植物中有多种植物在亚洲许多国家被当作传统药物,且应用广泛.这些植物的提取物具有不同的生物活性,如抗炎、抑菌、抗氧化、抗肿瘤等.芸香科蜜茱萸属植物中具有多种生物活性的化学成分,如生物碱类、黄酮类、香豆素类等,其中,生物碱类、黄酮类成分及其药理作用的相关研究进展均有文献报道.
Abstract
Separating chemical components from natural plants and studying their activities is an effective way to find new drugs.Many Melicope plants(Rutaceae)are widely used as traditional medicines in multiple Asian countries.The extracts of these plants have different biological activities,such as anti-inflammatory,antibacterial,antioxidant,and anti-tumor functions.Related literature also reported the chemical components with a variety of biological activities in these plants,such as alkaloids,flavonoids and couma-rins.Among them,alkaloids and flavonoids as well as their pharmacological effects have been reported in literature.
