小儿宝泰康颗粒联合磷酸奥司他韦颗粒治疗儿童流行性感冒的临床观察

摘要
目的:观察小儿宝泰康颗粒联合磷酸奥司他韦颗粒治疗儿童流行性感冒(流感)临床疗效.方法:选取2022年10月至2022年12月空军军医大学第二附属医院诊治儿童流感患儿78例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将患儿随机分为对照组和观察组,每组39例.对照组接受磷酸奥司他韦颗粒治疗,而观察组则在对照组的基础上进行了小儿宝泰康颗粒治疗.疗程为5 d,比较2组临床疗效(有效率)、体温恢复时间、临床症状改善程度(症状维度、功能维度、影响父母维度)和不良反应发生情况.结果:观察组的总有效率为94.87％,优于对照组的总有效率79.49％(P＜0.05);且观察组的体温恢复时间明显快于对照组(P＜0.05).在不良反应方面,对照组的不良反应发生率略高于观察组,但差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论:磷酸奥司他韦联合小儿宝泰康治疗儿童流行性感冒的临床疗效优于单用磷酸奥司他韦颗粒,可以作为一种可行的治疗方法.
Abstract
Objective:This paper aims to investigate the efficacy of Xiaoer Baotaikang Granules Combined with oseltamivir phos-phate granules in the treatment of influenza among children.Methods:A total of 78 children with influenza treated in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Air Force Medical University from October 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects,and the children were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 39 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oseltamivir phosphate granules,and the observation group was treated with Xiaoer Baotaikang Granules on the basis of the control group.The course of treatment was five days.The two groups were compared in terms of clinical efficacy(effective rate),recovery time of body temperature,degree of improvement of clinical symptoms(symp-tom dimension,functional dimension,parent-involving dimension),and incidence of adverse reactions.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.87％,which was better than that of the control group(79.49％)(P＜0.05),and the recovery time of body temperature was shorter in the observation group compared with the control group.In terms of adverse reactions,the in-cidence of adverse reactions in the control group was slightly higher than that in the observation group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P＞0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of oseltamivir phosphate granules combined with Xiaoer Bao-taikang Granules in the treatment of influenza among children is better than that of oseltamivir phosphate granules alone,which can be used as a feasible treatment method.
