目的:评估艾灸联合钙尔奇D治疗原发性骨质疏松的疗效.方法:回顾性选取2016年9月至2019年9月期间诊疗的120例原发性骨质疏松的患者,将其随机分为对照组和艾灸组,对照组采用钙尔奇D治疗,艾灸组在同等剂量钙尔奇D治疗的基础上,增加艾灸治疗,治疗周期为6个月.对比2组治疗前后的疼痛积分(VAS)、骨密度(BMD)、25羟基维生素D3、Ⅰ型胶原交联C端肽(β-CTX)、甲状旁腺激素(PTH)指标变化和治疗有效率等方面进行疗效评估.结果:治疗后,与对照组比较,艾灸组能明显缓解骨质疏松症状、骨性疼痛,影像提示艾灸组更有效改善患者的BMD,骨代谢相关的3项指标均明显改善,各方面均有统计学意义(均P＜0.01).结论:艾灸联合钙尔奇D治疗原发性骨质疏松后,症状缓解,疗效提升,且未出现明显不良反应.
Objective:To evaluate the therapeutic effect of moxibustion in combination with Caltrate D on primary osteoporosis.Methods:A total of 120 patients with primary osteoporosis treated from September 2016 to September 2019 were randomizd into a control group and a moxibustion group.The control group was treated with Caltrate D,and the moxibustion group with moxibustion in combination with Caltrate D.Both groups were treated for 6 months.The visual analogue scale(VAS)score,bone mineral density(BMD),25 hydroxy vitamin D3[25(OH)D3],beta-C-terminal telopeptide(β-CTX),and parathyroid hormone(PTH)were deter-mined before and after treatment,and the response rate was compared between the two groups.Results:Compared with the control group,moxibustion alleviated the symptoms and bone pain of osteoporosis.The moxibustion group outperformed the control group in improving the BMD and the 3 bone metabolism indicators(P＜0.01).Conclusion:Moxibustion in combination with Caltrate D can relieve the symptoms and demonstrate improve effect on primary osteoporosis without causing obvious adverse reactions.
