高血压伴焦虑状态的中医病机及其诊疗进展

摘要
随着人口老龄化、城市化和社会经济的变化,我国高血压发病人数呈逐年升高趋势,其中合并焦虑的高血压人数也在不断增加.现代医学模式正由"生物学"转变为"生物-心理-社会学",高血压属于心身疾病范畴,高血压伴焦虑不仅产生躯体以及精神的痛苦,还严重影响个体的生命质量和社会心理功能,而中医药自古重视情志因素对疾病的影响.通过查阅近年来的相关文献,从中医对高血压伴焦虑状态的认识、病因病机、中医治疗方面进行探讨,包括从肝、痰、虚论治的药物治疗,针刺、五行音乐、养生功法等非药物治疗,论述中医药对高血压伴焦虑状态的临床研究成果,以期为中医药干预高血压伴焦虑状态的相关研究、临床诊疗提供思路.
Abstract
With the population aging,urbanization,and socio-economic changes,the incidence of hypertension in China is increas-ing year by year,and the number of patients with hypertension complicated with anxiety is also rising.The model of modern medi-cine is evolving from"biology"to"biology-psychology-sociology".Hypertension is a psychosomatic disease.Hypertension compli-cated with anxiety not only produces physical and mental pain but also seriously affects the quality of life and social psychological function of the patients.Traditional Chinese medicine has emphasized the influences of emotional factors on diseases since ancient times.We reviewed the articles published in recent years and summarized the understanding,etiology,pathogenesis,and treatment of hypertension with anxiety in traditional Chinese medicine.The Chinese medical therapies include drug therapies from liver,phlegm,and deficiency and non-drug therapies such as acupuncture,five-element music,and health preservation skills.This paper reviewed the clinical research progress of traditional Chinese medicine in hypertension complicated with anxiety,with a view to pro-viding a reference for the research and the clinical diagnosis and treatment.
