Meta-analysis of Lanqin Oral Liquid Alone or Combined with Western Medicine in Treating Hand,Foot and Mouth Disease in Children

目的:评价蓝芩口服液联合西药治疗小儿手足口病的临床疗效和安全性.方法:检索国家知识基础设施数据库(CNKI)、中国学术期刊数据库(CSPD)及中文科技期刊数据库(CCD)、SinMed、PubMed、Web of science、EMbase、Cochrane Library中的蓝芩口服液或联合西药治疗小儿手足口病的随机对照试验.对最终纳入的文献进行Meta分析.结果:共纳入45篇文献,总样本量为5 374例.结果显示高质量的研究占22.2％),中等质量的研究占62.2％,低质量的研究占15.6％,整体质量不高.Meta分析结果显示蓝芩口服液联合利巴韦林的效果优于利巴韦林(RR=1.22,95％CI为1.19～1.26,P＜0.05),蓝芩口服液总有效率优于利巴韦林(RR=1.15,95％CI为1.05～1.26,P＜0.05),安全性差异不大(RR=1.20,95％CI为0.84～1.70,P＞0.05).结论:蓝芩口服液或联合西药小儿手足口病的临床疗效较好,但由于纳人文献数量少,还需要寻找更多的证据.
Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Lanqin oral liquid alone or combined with Western medicine in the treatment of hand,foot and mouth disease in children.Methods:China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),China Sci-ence Periodical Database(CSPD),Chinese Citation Database(CCD),SinMed,PubMed,Web of Science,EMbase,and Cochrane Li-brary were searched for the randomized controlled trials of Lanqin oral liquid alone or combined with Western medicine in the treat-ment of hand,foot and mouth disease in children.A meta-analysis was performed on the final included articles.Results:A total of 45 articles were included,involving 5 374 cases.The studies of high quality,medium quality,and low quality accounted for 22.2％,62.2％,and 15.6％,respectively,which indicated overall low quality.The results of meta-analysis showed that Lanqin oral liquid combined with ribavirin outperformed ribavirin(RR=1.22,95％CI of1.19 to 1.26,P＜0.05),and the total response rate of Lan-qin oral liquid was higher than that of ribavirin(RR=1.15,95％CI of1.05 to 1.26,P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the safety(RR=1.20,95％CI of 0.84 to 1.70,P＞0.05).Conclusion:Lanqin oral liquid alone or combined with Western medicine has a good clinical effect on hand,foot and mouth disease in children.However,due to the small number of included arti-cles,more evidence remains to be explored.
